Melissa Coutier, is Certified Fraud Examiner with over a decade of experience in government, regulatory and financial service auditing.
She is the driving force behind the Compliance Shop. As the founder, she has harnessed her expertise to create a team specializing in internal audits, investigations, whistleblower hotline, and fraud prevention.
Serving on the board of the Twin Cities Assocation of Certified Fraud Examiners and Supervisory Committee at Blaze Credit Union. ​
Kira Ector, with 15+ years of experience in internal audit and risk management, excels in SOX compliance projects across diverse industries. As a former Director of Internal Audit for a global snack food company, she led audit teams, conducted risk-based audits, and championed Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Kira’s strengths lie in attention to detail, research, and effective communication. She holds an MBA, is a Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA), and a Certified Sarbanes Oxley Expert (CSOE)
