As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Melissa specializes in governance, compliance, enterprise risk, and public accountability frameworks. Her expertise supports state agencies, public entities, and regulated organizations in enhancing transparency, strengthening oversight, and protecting public trust.

Kira Ector, MBA, CICA, CSOE - Senior Audit & Risk Advisor
Kira Ector brings more than 15 years of experience in internal audit and enterprise risk management across diverse industries. She has led audit teams, conducted risk-based audits, and supported organizations in designing and strengthening control environments.
Kira’s expertise includes enterprise risk management (ERM), internal controls evaluation, compliance program support, and governance advisory services. She is known for her analytical rigor, strategic insight, and ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable solutions.
